At present, we have 9 injection presses type ARBURG, HAITIAN and NEGRI BOSSI with a capacity of 25 – 200T.
The production is in continuous operation with a sophisticated quality control system and professional approach of senior managers.
We manufacture a wide range of thermoplastic materials (especially PP – POM – PA – ABS – PE). We mold products weighing 1 – 700 kg. To increase the level of production automation, injection molding machines are fitted with intake manifolds, APEX xyz robots and automated devices from CRIZAV. Technological equipment is supplied by MODITEC company (Molecular Drying of Material including Central Granulate Transport), Green Box (Cooling) and Wittman (Tempering Equipment). A team of trained employees oversees the quality of the products produced throughout the production process.
